Competitive Track Program: sprints, Hurdles &mid Distance Running
Our Track Program is designed for those athletes who wish to "Train for Competition". We emphasize the development of correct sprinting biomechanics, running technique, speed endurance, conditioning, strategic & mental preparation and integrated cognitive and emotional development for competition at track meets. Competitions are taking place, contact us for more details.

Jumps & Throws
Our Field Program is designed for those athletes who wish to "Train for Competition". We emphasize the development of correct sprinting biomechanics, Jumps and Throws technique, strategic & mental preparation and integrated cognitive and emotional development for competition at track & field meets. We offer specialized training in Long Jump and Triple Jump, Shot Put and Javelin.

Non Competitive Track&Field
Program:
Our Non-Competitive Track Program is designed for those athletes who wish to "Train to Improve, but not compete".
We emphasize the development of correct sprinting biomechanics, running technique, speed endurance, conditioning, strategic & mental preparation and integrated cognitive and emotional development. Athletes can decide to move to the Competitive Stream.

School Instruction
Track & Field Program:
Our School Program is designed for those athletes who wish to "Train to Improve" for their school team/meets. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, many school track events and school teams are being cancelled this year. However, this doesn't mean you can train and be ready for when school sports once again take place. We offer the same instructional program as the Competitive or Non-Competitive Program but we also support you at your school meets.

New: High Jump Program
New to Eclipse this year summer is our High Jump Program - Learn to improve your vertical jump with our Coaching Staff. Competitions for High Jump are available. Practices take place each Wednesday at the Oshawa Civic Outdoor Track.

Train to Learn, Train to Run Program
Our Train to Learn, Train to Run Program is for all of those athletes out there of any ability and skill that want to learn how to run more efficiently, with proper running mechanics and stay fit. Our program will teach you all that you need to know about running to get you ready for your goals. Ideal for those who want to get faster for those 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathons, Marathons or all other running events.
Indoor Training Schedule: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 5:45pm - 7:00pm @ the Oshawa Civic Dome @ 99 Thornton Road South in Oshawa.
Cross Country Program
Our Eclipse Cross Country Program is ideal for those athletes looking to step up their game when it comes to competing for their Elementary or High School Cross Country Teams or even to compete at Athletics Ontario XC Meets. Our Program include a "Mental Preparedness" component that compliments the Physical Endurance and Speed Training required. This program is available in either a Club Non-Competitive Program and Competitive Stream Program.
Training starts in late August or early September 2022 and extends to the end of October 2022 at locations across Clarington Region, Durham Region. Contact us for pricing information.
Athlete Conditioning
Training Program
This Program provides an opportunity for athletes to grow and develop outside of their specific sport. The result is improved conditioning, strength and greater overall performance. We focus on increased strength, power, aerobic capacity, endurance and stamina as well as increased flexibility and core strength. This program is tailor-made for each athlete's specific need or even for small groups looking for additional training. Contact Coach Cathy Directly for more information.
Virtual Training and Consulting Program
Our Virtual Consulting Program is designed for those individuals needing to consult with our expert coaches via Virtual Platforms such as Zoom. We can provide workouts, including cardio and weight training programs as well as meal planning to help with weight loss and healthy eating. Team Sport Specific Training
Our Team Sport Specific Training Programs offers customized programs for your team designed to improve your team's strength, endurance, explosiveness, speed and agility. Our programs target plyometric, interval, speed and strength training to provide explosive strength and endurance training while providing injury prevention strategies.
