Speed, Agility and Repsponsiveness Training For Athletes
Our Speed, Agility, and Responsiveness Training Program is beneficial to any athlete who's main sport requires the ability to change speed and direction of movement and appropriately react to all given stimuli. Through proper training strategies, it is possible to improve speed, change of direction and reaction time by preventing and limiting injury. Our program is focused on increasing explosiveness and dynamic movement to enable athletes to move faster with less effort. We also focus on strength, movement and balance to ensure a well-rounded training program for your athlete. This program for athletes whose primary sports are football, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, ball hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball to name a few.

Train to Learn, Train to Run Program
Our Train to Lear, Train to Run Program is for all of those athletes out there of any ability and skill that want to learn how to run more efficiently, with proper running mechanics and stay fit. Our program will teach you all that you need to know about running to get you ready for your goals. Ideal for those who want to get faster for those 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathons, Marathons or all other running events.

Team Sport Specific Training
Our Team Sport Specific Training Programs offers customized programs for your team designed to improve your team's strength, endurance, explosiveness, speed and agility. Our programs target plyometric, interval, speed and strength training to provide explosive strength and endurance training while providing injury prevention strategies.

Cross Country Program
Our Cross Country Program is ideal for those athletes looking to step up their game when it comes to competing for their Elementary or High School Cross Country Teams or even to compete at Club XC Meets. We take a definitive approach and include a Mental Awareness component that compliments the Physical Endurance and speed training required. This program is available in either a Club Non-Competitive Program and Competitive Stream Program.

Our Athlete Conditioning Training Program provides an opportunity for athletes to grow and develop outside of their specific sport. The result is improved conditioning, strength and greater overall performance. We focus on increased strength, power, aerobic capacity, endurance and stamina as well as increased flexibility and core strength. This program is tailor-made for each athlete's specific need or even for small groups looking for additional training. Locations in Clarington Region and Durham Region. Virtual Athlete - Coach
Our Virtual Athlete-Coach Consulting Program is designed for those athletes needing to consult with our expert coaches on all aspects of their athletic training from Technical Development, Workouts, Weight Training and Sport Specific Nutrition. Consultations can be done via text, email, phone or video conferencing.
