Our Programs & Locations

Our Competitive Track Program is designed for those athletes who wish to Train for Competition.  We emphasize the development of track specific mechanical/technical skills, physical conditioning, strategic preparation, integrated mental, cognitive and emotional development and mental preparation for competition at meets.  Age range is 6 - 99.

Indoor Schedule: Nov 4 - End of March:

Oshawa Civic Dome @ 99 Thornton Road South, Oshawa,  Mondays/Wednesdays 5pm - 6:30pm and Fridays 5:30pm - 7:00pm

  • Throwers - Mondays 5:00pm - 6:15pm at the Oshawa Civic Dome

  • Jumpers - Fridays 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Indoor Toronto Track and Field Center @ 231 Ian McDonald Blvd, Toronto

  • Strength and Weight Training* for High School Athletes Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm and Saturdays 11:30am - 12;30pm  at Planet Fitness in Bowmanville @ 2377 Highway #2, Bowmanville (*Membership Required to participate)

Competitive Track Program (Sprints & Long Distance Running)

Our Train to Train - Track & Field Program is designed for those athletes who do not wish to compete but rather want to develop and maintain their track & field specific mechanical/technical skills, and physical conditioning. Our training takes place in an enjoyable and positive environment to encourage athletes to thrive. Athletes in this category have the option to move up to the competitive program if they wish to compete. Cost includes Coaching Fees and T-Shirt.

Competitive Field Program (Jumps & Throws)

Our School Instruction Program helps school aged kids (elementary and high school) to get ready for their school track and field teams and their upcoming       competitions.  We offer assistance with sprints, distance training, throws, long jump, tripe jump, high jump and shot put training.   We also try to be present at their          school meets to help encourage     and support them.

Track & Field Program

Speed Training For Athletes

If you are looking to up your game with more speed and agility, this program is for you.  We focus on increasing your explosiveness and dynamic movement to enable you to move faster with less effort.  This training is beneficial to any athlete who's main sport requires fast bursts of speed and speed-endurance. We also focus on strength and movement and balance to ensure a well rounded training program for your athlete.  Great for Athletes who's primary sports are football, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, ball hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball to name a few.  

Speed training takes place Monday-Friday and some weekends, locations can vary according to training (Clarington and Durham Regions).

Train to Learn, Train to Run Program

Our Train to Run Program is for all of those athletes out there of any ability and skill that want to learn how to run and stay fit.  Our program will teach you all that you need to know about running to get your ready for your goals.

Virtual Athlete-Coach Consulting Program

Our Virtual Athlete-Coach Consulting Program is designed for those athletes needing to consult with our expert coaches on all aspects of their athletic training from Technical Development, Workouts, Weight Training and Sport Specific Nutrition. Consultations can be done via text, email, phone or video conferencing.

Team Sport Specific Training

Our Team Sport Specific Training Programs offers customized programs designed to improve your team's strength, endurance, explosiveness, speed and agility. Our programs target plyometric, interval, speed and strength training to provide explosive strength and endurance training while providing injury prevention strategies.

Cross Country Program

Our Cross Country Program is ideal for those athletes looking to step up their game when it comes to competing for their school Cross Country Team. We take a definitive approach to the sport of cross-country and include a mental awareness component that compliments the physical endurance training required. This program is also available in a Club Competitive Stream program.

Athlete Cross Training Fitness Program

Our Athlete Cross Training Fitness Program provides an opportunity for Athletes to grow and develop outside of their specific sport.  The result is improved conditioning, strength and greater overall performance.  Thru Cross Training we promote increased strength, power, aerobic capacity, endurance and stamina as well as increased flexibility.  This program is tailor made for each athlete's specific need or even for small groups looking for additional training.  Locations in Clarington Region and Durham Region.
